Downtown San Jose’s Farmers’ Market is a midweek community destination featuring local produce, global street food, and artisan goods in the heart of the city. The market offers a walkable easily bikeable experience for students, workers, and residents.
Branding, Design & Environmental Graphhics
We created a brand for the farmers’ market that emphasized its accessibility to the downtown community. We used the bicycle to highlight its ease of access for locals and commuters. The oranges referenced the region’s agricultural past and original orange groves. We customized multiple typefaces to craft a playful logotype that speaks to the liveliness of the market and pays homage to the farming community.
